GMF.COM IS FINALLY BACK IN THE HANDS OF GMF, INC., MORE THAN A YEAR AFTER HAVING BEEN HIJACKED.

COMING SOON IS OUR THE BEST DAMNED DIGITAL SIGNAL PROCESSING COURSE EVER” TO BE MADE AVAILABLE ONLINE. THIS INTRODUCTORY COURSE IS DIFFERENT FROM OTHERS YOU MAY HAVE SEEN OR TAKEN, IT PROVIDING UNDERSTANDINGS AND FOUNDATIONS THAT NOT ONLY WILL MAKE YOU PROFICIENT IN DSP, BUT ALSO WILL PREVENT YOU FROM MAKING ERRORS IN DSP AND INTERPRETATION THAT PLAGUE THE FIELD.

THE COURSE IS COMPLETELY SELF-CONTAINED, NO NEED TO HURRY TO OTHER TECHNICAL SOURCES TO LEARN ABOUT TOOLS WHICH ARE EMPLOYED FOR GENERATING METHODOLOGIES AND TECHNIQUES.

NOTHING IS SWEPT UNDER DEVELOPMENT OR DERIVATION RUGS, YET YOU WILL NOT BE INUNDATED WITH LOADS OF MATHEMATICAL RUBBISH THAT IN REALITY IS IRRELEVANT OR OVERKILL.

YOU WILL TRULY BECOME COMPETENT AND CONFIDENT AS A DIGITAL SIGNAL PROCESSING ENGINEER ONCE YOU COMPETE THE COURSE, AND YOU WILL NOT MAKE THOSE ERRORS IN DSP THAT COMMONLY CROP UP AND WHICH CAN PROVE TO BE DISASTROUS.

YOU WILL ALSO BE ABLE TO GENERATE YOUR OWN APPROACHES TO DSP THAT ARE BEST FOR YOUR APPLICATIONS AND NEEDS.

GMF, INC., a Virginia Corporation, specializes in the areas of signal processing education and signal processing technology development for commercial and military applications.

GMF offers DSP short courses that can be presented in facilities of your own choosing, thereby saving company travel costs and time expenditure or students. These courses are presented in an unclassified form to maximize their availability.

ELINT/EW APPLICATIONS OF DIGITAL SIGNAL PROCESSING

This course is intended for engineers, scientists, and others directly involved in ELINT/EW software/hardware design and implementation, systems specification, systems design and development,  realtime and offline analysis, field operations, advanced concepts, and research & development.   Students should have some familiarity with the concepts of signal processing, and a background in electrical engineering, software engineering, physics, or mathematics.  However, students are not required to have prior knowledge of digital signal processing, since all necessary concepts, methods, and techniques are generated as part of the course.

ELINT/EW APPLICATIONS OF DIGITAL SIGNAL PROCESSING has been presented to a broad range of military, intelligence, corporate, and individual customers for a decade, and has been consistently rated very highly by those who have taken this course.  It is updated on a regular basis and also as necessary to maintain its state-of-the-art content and value.

This ELINT/EW DSP course is available in either 3 day or 5 day versions, with the latter covering certain topics in greater detail, some additional topics, and permitting adaptation to customer's specific needs.

ELINT/EW DSP is presented by Dr. John F. Green of GMF.  He designed this course and has presented of this course since its inception.

At present, this course can be arranged to be presented by GMF in your own facility.

OVERVIEW OF DIGITAL SIGNAL PROCESSING

This is a new course from GMF, and is intended to provide an introduction and overview of digital signal processing concepts and technology appropriate for those who need only a basic working acquaintance and familiarity with DSP.   It will be of value to managerial personnel, engineers and scientists seeking an introduction to the technology area, and those who are interested in learning of developments in DSP approaches, devices, and support.

OVERVIEW OF DIGITAL SIGNAL PROCESSING is a two day course, and is available for presentation by members of the GMF technical staff in your facility.

COMMUNICATIONS SIGNALS AND THEIR DIGITAL PROCESSING

This course is intended for engineers, scientists, and others directly involved in certain communications signal software/hardware design and implementation, systems specification, systems design and development,  realtime and offline analysis, advanced concepts, and research & development.   Students should have some familiarity with the concepts of signal processing, and a background in electrical engineering, software engineering, physics, or mathematics.  However, students are not required to have prior knowledge of communications signals and digital signal processing, since all necessary concepts, methods, and techniques are generated as part of the course.

COMMUNICATIONS SIGNALS AND THEIR DIGITAL PROCESSING provides a concise technical foundation to understand amplitude, phase, and frequency communication signals, as well as digital processing methodology for extraction of their contents.  Specific applications are presented, including analog cell and digital telephone, AM and FM radio,  television, and other interesting communications signals.

This ECOMMUNICATIONS SIGNALS course is available in either 3 day or 5 day versions, with the latter covering certain topics in greater detail, some additional topics, and permitting adaptation to customer's specific needs.

At present, this course can be arranged to be presented by GMF in your own facility.

GMF is exceptionally well experienced in assessment, analysis, and utilization of digital and analog signal processing  technology, applications, systems, devices, components, architectures, and methodologies.  GMF staff personnel provide intensive and extensive successful real world experience in handling a wide variety of radar, communications, acoustic, hydroacoustic, and seismic signal  applications.   This experience, capability, and depth enable GMF to provide high degrees of practicality and applicability to students of our courses.  Although our signal processing courses do contain necessary theoretical foundations, they concentrate on practical applications suitable for use with signals as experienced in actual systems and environments.

GMF believes strongly that these courses are the best available - students have nearly universally stated that what was learned in the courses will be of immediate use to them in their work.  Don't miss out!
